At ATI Distribution (the "Company," "us," "we," or "our"), we recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers, and as a result, we have established this Privacy Policy. 1. RETURN POLICY:

ATI Distribution reserves the right to require the item(s) be returned in order to receive credit. Returns will only be accepted on products that are defective and or damaged and only at the request of ATI Distribution. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be in original packaging and free of price stickers and all none original markings. There is a 25% restocking fee for all merchandise returned to our warehouse for reasons other than defective or damaged products.  Returns must be received within 10 days of the return request..  All refunds will be issued as in house credit only. Shipping cost are none refundable. All orders refused or returned undelivered will be billed a 25% restocking fee on the total merchandise PLUS full freight charges.
Merchandise prices and specifications are current but are subject to change without notice. All items offered are subject to prior sale. We are not responsible for typographical errors 

2. TERMS:

We accept Visa, Master Card, and Am/x and Paypal.  At this time we only accept orders with credit cards issued in the United States and Canada.  If you are international customer, please submit your payment through Paypal. All orders are checked with the cardholders band to verify name, address, phone number, and we will also need your e-mail address to send you a confirmation of your order. All sales are final on all merchandise unless it is defective, in which case the defective unit will be replaced. Sales tax applies to California residents only, at 8.25% ANY OTHER STATE DOES NOT PAY TAX. Credit Card orders will be billed under the name  ATI Distribution.

3. Shipping: 

All shipments F.O.B. Van Nuys, CA. Shipping is determined by the net weight, box size, and the destination of the order. Each order is different depending on the items that are chosen.  All orders leave our warehouse with in one to three business days. During busy times of the year please plan a head. All orders are pulled on a first come first serve basis.    

Standard FREE shipping (for lower 48 states only). Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery (depend on where you live).  If you chose to expedite to 3 Day Select, 2 day Shipping, or Overnight Express, please note this is only the shipping selection, this is not specifying that it will be delivered to you within that time frame. Canada customers please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We have all items in stock, if item is on a back order, someone will contact customer to make them aware.  Tracking number will be e-mailed to your e-mail address once order is processed. All packages will be shipped insured. Should you receive damaged goods, please notify us with in 24 hours via e-mail at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We will then set up a claim and replace any broken merchandise at no additional cost including shipping charges. DO NOT SHIP ITEM BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION ON YOUR OWN!!!

4. CUSTOMER PRIVACY:

Our online order form and shopping cart program is 100% secure. Be rest assured your credit card information is not sent over the internet. It stays on our local secure server and is reset automatically after the order is processed. We do not give telephone number or addresses out to anyone -- they are for shipping and credit card verification only. All information given to Alpine Air Products  is confidential and will never be given to solicitors. We also guarantee that we will never share your personal information given to us when ordering or inquiring. We never participate in unsolicited e-mail (spam) or phone solicitation

5. Your Consent and Changes to This Policy

By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of information by us in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
